10/10 amazing unadulterated food. Steaks are excellent, wine is divine and service and ambience superb. Highly recommend and a thoroughly enjoyable drive over the Moor to get there.

Absolutely stunning and not what we were expecting, for the better. Great room for an over night stay and stunning views. If you want steak then one of the best, cooked to perfection on open coals. Staff extremely pleasant and nothing too much trouble. Highly recommended and would recommend a visit

Absolutely top quality organic beef, perfectly prepared and professionally served. Probably the best steak and chips I've had in my life, and that's speaking as a self proclaimed connoisseur with decades of experience. Superb!

Had supper last night which was exquisite!! Chateaubriand was cooked to perfection and rested beautifully. Had breakfast this morning too. Which again was beautiful. Very very happy!!
